One of the things we all love about owning a Jeep is the freedom that we have being able to drive it topless and doorless. Needless to say, one of the things that thieves love about Jeeps is the fact that the people who drive them often do so topless and doorless. Well, fortunately for us, Tuffy Security Products has been providing Jeep owners with lockable high quality and extremely durable steel center consoles, overhead consoles, console inserts, trunks, drawers and more for years. And, now that the new 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler has been released, Tuffy is once again stepping up to the plate and making the kind of products we need to keep our valuables safe.
Featured at the 2006 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, the JK Security Console Insert and the JK Security Drawer are the first two products in a much bigger line to come that Tuffy will be manufacturing for the new Jeep JK Wrangler. Below are the official press releases that Tuffy has issued:
JK SECURITY CONSOLE INSERT
The JK Security Console Insert (part #139) from Tuffy Security Products provides JK Wrangler owners the security and convenience that Tuffy has offered Jeep owners for years, while still maintaining the refined curves of the factory center console. The Tuffy JK Security Console Insert turns the factory JK center console into a heavy-duty lockable storage area to keep valuables out of the hands of thieves. Each console features a full length marine vinyl pad for comfort and a removable, internal storage tray to keep smaller items conveniently accessible. The console insert is constructed of heavy-duty 16-gauge steel and is finished in a durable, attractive, black powder coat. Each insert features Tuffy’s Patented Pry-Guard II Locking System consisting of an extremely pick resistant ten-tumbler anti-twist push button lock, two point welded striker, and 1/4″ thick steel latch for security. Other Tuffy products available for the new JK Wrangler include security drawers, glove boxes, door lockers, and overhead consoles.
Approximate Dimensions of Storage Compartment:

12 1/2″L x 8 1/4″WTuffy Security Products has created the JK Security Drawer (part #140) to coincide with Jeep’s release of the new 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK. The Tuffy JK Security Drawer provides lockable storage for valuables, such as tools, recovery gear, camping gear, and otherwise vulnerable objects. Included in the mounting of the drawer is a riser system which provides the option of easily mounting the drawer higher (approximately 4″ of clearance) so other objects, such as a tool case can be stored underneath. The JK Security Drawer will mount in the four door JK with the rear seat in place or in the two door JK with the rear seat removed and will work with the factory sub-woofer speaker in place.
The drawer is constructed of heavy-duty 16-gauge steel with an attractive textured black powder coat finish. Each drawer is supported by a new drawer slide system incorporating smooth operating, sealed stainless steel roller bearings. Each drawer also features Tuffy’s Patented Pry-Guard II Locking System. Pry-Guard is the combination of an extremely pick resistant ten-tumbler anti-twist push button lock, two point welded striker, and 1/4″ thick steel latch for security. Drawers are FedEx/UPS shippable for convenience. Other Tuffy products available for the new JK Wrangler include consoles, glove boxes, door lockers, and overhead consoles.

Are the deviders in the security drawer adjustable or removable to make one large drawer space?
To a degree, yes they are adjustable and can be removed to make one large drawer.
