Our 6th day on the 2012 JK-Experience would take us up and over the Mackinac Bridge and then across by ferry to Drummond Island which is the eastern most point on Michigan’s Upper Penisula. While there’s plenty to explore on the island itself, we would spend our first of two days on this beautiful island playing on the trails of Turtle Ridge Off-Road Park. Opened in 2005, Turtle Ridge has become one of the few places in the state of Michigan where you can still take on big rocks, deep mud holes and steep ledges and do so legally. The park offers trails for all skill levels and is well known for hosting Jeep Jamborees. Here are some pics from the fun we that day, I hope you enjoy.
