Steel Bender is a difficult rated trail located in Moab, Utah and offers tons of fun rocks to play on as well as tough ledges to climb and big drop-offs to descend. While the scenery is beautiful on this trail, it is also a great trail to run in at night. In this Project-JK YouTube Video Highlight, you will see a few short clips of what it’s like to take the plunge off “The Wall” and climb up the “Wizard Steps” in the dark.

Project-JK Dusy Ershim Trail Run

August 24, 2009 wayoflife 0

About a month ago, we had planned to do the Dusy Ershim with JK-Forum.com members MBATF, rampage, Trail Bud and Mel from Off Road Evolution but, after a very full summer of hard wheelin and having just come off both Niagara Rim and the Rubicon the week before, we decided that it might be best to just cancel this trip and reschedule it for sometime next year. Certainly, we were spent and the Dusy is known for being extremely long and grueling both physically and mentally and I don’t know if any of us were ready for that. But, as you’ve probably guessed by now, that decision lasted all but about a day or so before Mel caught wind that we wanted to back out and talked us back into doing the run.
