JKS Manufacturing Eliminates Track Bar Failures
on 2007+ Jeep JK Wranglers
JKS Manufacturing has just released a highly effective and economical solution to a problem that has plagued many owners of the current Jeep Wrangler. The problem involves the factory track bar mount on the rear axle housing. Vehicle owners and industry specialists have reported an alarming number of rear track bar failures due to insufficient bracing of the factory mount. Most failures occur after the vehicle has been lifted, especially when aftermarket extension brackets are involved. However, some have even experienced failure on stock applications.

Full Traction Suspension
NEW Jeep JK Wrangler 4″ & 6″ Lift Systems
I just got word that Full Traction Suspension will finally be releasing their long awaited Jeep JK Wrangler 4" Premium Lift System and 4" Ultimate Lift System as well as the seriously badass long arm suspension system we all saw on the Off Road Evolution JK at SEMA 2007. Below are the official press releases for all three products:
Full-Traction Jeep JK Wrangler
4″-6″ Long Arm Suspension Systems
Full-Traction 4"- 6" JK Long Arm Suspension Systems Our competition is not ready for this system, but your Jeep JK Wrangler is. Our new 4"- 6” long arm systems are a complete replacement suspension. Able to handle tires up to 37" tall, it utilizes a 4-link front axle mounting configuration for a true and correct caster curve, and improved anti-dive geometry throughout the entire range of linear wheel travel - just like the factory does it. Other systems using radius arms, medium length arms called "long arms" and the rest, can't match it's performance.
The Ultimate E-Ticket Ride!!
Last week, Off Road Evolution decided to put their brand new 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited Sahara to the test by driving it over 1,700 miles to visit family in Missouri, play hard at Disney, Oklahoma, and then drive it all the way back to their home in sunny southern California. Now, just so that we're all on the same page here, we're talking about driving a JK Unlimited automatic that's been lifted with a Full Traction 4" Ultimate short arm kit, is sitting on top of 37" Toyo Open Country A/T's and is running J.E. Reel Drivelines but is otherwise stock when it comes to its drivetrain. It's still running a stock Dana 30 front and Dana 44 rear axles, stock gears, no lockers and it only has a 2.72:1 Command Track transfer case. And, aside from the over-drive being rendered completely useless due to the 37's and being pulled over by a cop once just so he could get a better look at this awesome JK, Mel tells me that it drove great, rode great and even performed way better than he thought it would on and off the trail.
TeraFlex Jeep JK Wrangler
Dual Rate S/T Swaybar System
The TeraFlex Dual Rate S/T (Street & Trail) Sway Bar system is one of the most advanced disconnect systems available, with its easy engagement knob you can go from street to trail in seconds – literally!
Off Road Evolution Jeep JK Wrangler
Fox 2″ Air Bump Stop System
If you've got a lifted Jeep JK Wrangler and are the kind of guy that loves to drive hard and fast over rough terrain, you're going to want Off Road Evolution's new Fox 2" Air Bump Stop System.
SEMA 2006 - Jeep JK Wrangler Suspension Mentions
TeraFlex
With a Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited sitting on top of 6" Long Arm Suspension System and 39.5" tires, TeraFlex clearly had the biggest JK on display at SEMA 2006. But, in addition to this monstrous lift, TeraFlex also had four other suspension systems available for the 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler including a 2.5" Performance Boost, a 3" Suspension Kit and two variations of 4" Suspension Kits.
SEMA 2006 - Jeep JK Wrangler Suspension Mentions
Full Traction
For SEMA 2006, Full Traction had a total of five different lift kits available for the 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler including a 2" ECONO Lift, 3" Economy Suspension System, 3" PREMIUM Suspension System, 3" ULTIMATE Suspension System and a 4" ULTIMATE Suspension System. And, with a total of seven Jeep JK Wranglers sitting on top of one of these suspension systems, Full Traction was able to grab the title for having the most products on display at the show.
SEMA 2006 - Jeep JK Wrangler Suspension Mentions
Rancho
Even though Rancho only had one Jeep JK Wrangler on display at SEMA 2006, it was without question the one Jeep JK Wrangler that everyone was talking about.
SEMA 2006 - Jeep JK Wrangler Suspension Mentions
Donahoe Racing
Seeing Donahoe Racing at SEMA 2006 wasn't so much of a surprise but seeing them there with a 5" lifted Stone White Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited definitely was. Make no mistake, Donahoe Racing is no rookie when it comes to developing high end off-road suspension products, but this JK was most certainly the first time that they've made a stab at the Jeep industry in quite some time. However, after looking at what they came up with, you'd never know it.
More New Skyjacker 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler
Suspension Lift kits & Components
With just a couple of weeks left until SEMA, you would think that most manufacturers would be a little more tight-lipped about the new products they have developed and are planning to release for the 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler. But, I'm sure you'd be happy to to know that they are doing anything but that. In fact, I just got word from Skyjacker that they'll be releasing two new suspension lifts and a set of front poly spacers for sale today.
Daystar - More Than Just Another Company
with a Good Body Lift to Look At
If you thought Daystar was just another company with a nice body lift to look at or a good set of shackles you could grease, think again! Under the banner of 'Four Real Steel', Daystar has in fact been involved in the development and production of numerous Jeep parts and accessories over the past few years.
You Want It? You Got It!
Over the past week and a half, I had been getting a lot of people asking if I could get my hands on some real world flex shots of a hooked up Jeep JK Wrangler and if at all possible, flex shots on the trail. No more photochopped JK's and no more JK's looking pretty on the pavement - they wanted to see the real thing.
Top of the Food Chain
So I get a call from Mel over at Off Road Evolution this morning telling me that he had little something that I might want to see. And, as it turns out, I definetly wanted to see what he had to show although I'm not exactly sure if I would have used the word "little" describe what I saw.
Full Traction 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler
3″ ULTIMATE Suspension System
A 3" bolt-on lift system that clears 35" tall tires? This is it! Destined to become the new "standard" in 3" systems, the new Jeep JK Wrangler "Ultimate" 3" system from Full-Traction is the most feature-laden kit available for both the 2-Dr and 4-Dr Unlimited models.
TeraFlex 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler Product Guide
In case there was any doubt as to whether or not we would be seeing more Jeep JK Wrangler parts and accessories coming our way before SEMA, TeraFlex has just stepped up to the plate and released a very complete 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler Product Guide.
Now That’s What I’m Talking About!!
As promised, here's a shot of Full Traction's 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon 4-Door Unlimited sitting on top of their 3" suspension lift, 35" tires and sporting a PUREJEEP Crawler Stubby Front Bumper. Believe me, this is the real deal - no photo-chopping or jack stands here.
TeraFlex 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler
Suspension Components
Well, it looks like TeraFlex is next manufacturer up at bat announcing a host of suspension lift kits and components for the all new 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler.

Made of "ultimate" heavy duty 2"x.250" wall DOM material, these new adjustable short arms...
Skyjacker 2.5″ Jeep JK Wrangler
4-Door Suspension Lift
Well, I just got news that Skyjacker is officially gonna be number two out of the gates featuring a well developed 2.5" suspension lift kit for the 4-Door Jeep JK Wrangler.
Full Traction 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler Suspension Lifts
& Components Now Available!!
The all new 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler has just barely hit the streets and Full-Traction Suspension is already releasing the very first high quality suspension lift. In fact, to the best of my knowledge, Full-Traction Suspension is the ONLY company putting anything out for the JK to date.
