OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves adjusting the door latch adjustment screw.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
When trying to open a rear door with the inside remote handle or outside door handle, the
door may not open.

not to be a smart a$$ but are your child safty locks on…i dont even know if the jeeps have them i only have a tj but its worth a shot.
